Alerts climb the ladder until someone acknowledges. You decide who is alerted, and when. Set different rules for each kind of problem, to match how your company escalates today.
One at a time, five minutes each.
Everyone at once.
One at a time, plus an email copy to the general manager.
Every alert and acknowledgement is logged with the exact time: who was told, who answered, and how it was resolved.
See the dashboard on a callAnyone can report, at any hour. Escala alerts the right people and logs everything as it happens, so you can see what keeps going wrong and why.
The report still goes out straight away. The responder is told who sent it and gets their number to call them, so nothing waits on the recording. The sender is asked once to send it again or type it, and whatever they send is added to the same report.
If everyone on the ladder stays silent, the person who reported gets the name and phone number of the most senior person on that ladder, written out in full, so they can call them directly. The report is flagged on the dashboard as not answered, so management sees it too.
Yes. They can send up to five photos with a report, and anything they send in the next few minutes, while nobody has taken it yet, is added to the same report instead of starting a new one. Whoever takes the report receives the voice notes and photos on WhatsApp.
The person who took the report can mark it resolved from their phone, with what was done and a photo of the fix. Reports that were taken but never marked resolved stay visible on the dashboard, so nothing quietly drops off.
No. Owners and admins get a summary email every week, month or quarter: how many reports came in, how many nobody answered, how fast people responded, and the most common problems and causes, compared with the period before. Each person chooses how often, or turns it off.
Voice notes and photos are deleted automatically after a set period, 60 days unless agreed otherwise. The written report and its full history are kept, so your record stays complete.
